Tourists stripped on peak of Mount Kinabalu blamed for major earthquake?

Why would anyone take their clothes off for a holiday snap? How small are these people's lives that they have to go commando just to have something to post on their social media account? Being at the top of a mountain in Malaysia isn't good enough? Now you have to be naked while you're up there??
